Former VP Communications, Saint-Gobain
Carmen Ferrigno is an award-winning communications strategist who has spent the last ten years mastering the art of milestone management.
As Vice President of Communications, Branding, and Philanthropy for Saint-Gobain, he led that company’s 350-anniversary celebration in North America, implementing and delivering on a 3-year, milestone-driven plan that helped catapult that corporate brand into the sustainable construction spotlight.
With over 20 years of experience managing teams and launching products in virtually every region of the world, Ferrigno has developed a series of replicable disciplines that enable his teams and clients to “conduct the orchestra” of a project that spans disciplines, divisions, and regions. His brand and reputation best practices have helped companies pivot during periods of rapid change and during a complex crisis in ways that have strengthened their brands rather than erode them.
Carmen is a Milestone Master with Anniversary University, and his discipline consulting with anniversary planning teams is a clear and concise way to operationalize a strategy, incent others to sign on, and build a culture of engagement and enthusiasm. It is predicated on one of Carmen’s core tenants: credibility over time builds trust.
